Jiangsu Baigu Construction Machinery Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (formerly named Jiangyin Ruiqi Machinery Co., Ltd.) is located in Xinghua City, Taizhou, with a distance of over 200 kilometers from Shanghai, as well as favorable and convenient land, water and air logistic transportation means. Our company covers an area of over 30 mu (equivalent to 2 ha.), with a plant area of 13,000 square meters and over 60 technical staff of various types.

QPQ Annual Production
We specialize in the production of various types of connecting pins, bolts, flanges, fishtail plates, etc. for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, coal mining machinery, hydraulic aerial cages, road construction machinery, as well as docks and harbors, wind power and other supporting products. We are particularly specialized in QPQ surface treatment technology.
Our company features various types of precision processing equipment; more than 100 sets of automated mechanical CNC machine tools, CNC high-precision drilling machines, centerless grinders, CNC band saws, circular saws, EDM machines, machining centers, 1600T-2500T friction presses, surface grinders, horizontal milling, vertical milling, punching machines, four-column hydraulic presses, welding robots, as well as other precision machining equipment, and we have introduced the advanced sulfur-carbon-nitrogen ternary co-infiltration QPQ process, which is specialized in the surface treatment of the materials. We have one vacuum nitriding furnace, six salt bath nitriding furnaces, one surface solid lubrication coating line, as well as two sets of tempering equipment for medium-frequency entire branch material heat treatment line. Our company is equipped with laboratory and testing equipment such as benchtop hardness tester, benchtop spectrometer, metallographic analyzer, metallographic microscope, specimen polishing machine, penetration scale microscope and salt spray testing machine. And our company is well equipped with environmental protection equipment. We have passed GB/T9001-2016 quality system certification. Enterprise Credit Grade AAA Certificate, the Certificate of High Quality and Trustworthy Enterprises. Currently, our company can produce over 2 million pieces of various types of pins each year, as well as 8,000 tons of QPQ surface machining and processing each year.
